摘 要
當今社會,我國的經(jīng)濟不斷地發(fā)展,鋼鐵行業(yè)也隨之快速發(fā)展,耐火行業(yè)在鋼鐵行業(yè)的發(fā)展中起著舉足輕重的地位,尤其是鎂碳質耐火材料。鎂碳質耐火材料是氧化鎂和碳為主成分,以方鎂石,石墨為主晶相的耐火材料,具有優(yōu)良的抗堿性渣侵蝕的能力和良好的熱震穩(wěn)定性。被廣泛的應用于各個領域:如轉爐、電爐、轉爐、中間包、出鋼口、高功率電爐爐墻熱點部位以及爐外精煉爐內襯等。
本設計是年產25000噸轉爐煉鋼用鎂碳磚MT-14A和電爐鎂碳磚MT-10C生產車間設計,采用電熔鎂砂和鱗片石墨為主要原料。本設計研究鎂碳磚的發(fā)展、性質、分生產工藝等,詳細的敘述了本次設計產品的工藝流程,設備選取和布置。通過計算選取出生產過程中所需的主要設備,對輔助設備進行了合理的選則。本設計的主要特點是布局合理,生產工藝流暢,在保證質量的基礎上為降低成本、合理利用不可再生資源,對生產過程中產生的廢磚坯進行回收處理再利用。

Abstract
In today's society, with the development of China's economic, iron and steel industry has been rapid development, and refractory industry play a decisive role in the development of iron and steel industry,especially the Magnesium-carbon.MgO-C refractories refractory material used Magnesium Oxide and carbon as a main component, and used periclase, graphite as the main crystal phase.Magnesium-carbon refractory has excellent anti alkaline slag corrosion resistance and good thermal shock stability.It is widely used in various fields such as converter, electric furnace, converter, tundish, tapping, high-power electric furnace hot spots of the wall and refining furnace lining.
The design is an annual output of 25000 tons of converter with magnesia carbon brick and magnesia carbon brick MT-10C MT-14A EAF steelmaking production workshop, using fused magnesia and graphite as main material.The design will discuss the properties, the production technology of magnesia carbon bricks, describes the process of the product design in detail,include equipment selection and layout.The main equipment in the design was selected by calculation, the auxiliary equipment was selected reasonably.The main feature of the design is the rational layout, smooth production process, on the basis of quality assurance and reduce the cost, the rational use of non renewable resources, recycling of waste brick from the production process.
