15、要禮貌，因此建議信要寫的簡明扼要、目的明確，具有合理性和說服力。一般采用“三段式結構” 首段：針對對方對自己的信任表示感謝，亦可表明自己的誠意。建議信的開頭必須指明建議的前提和事情的原委，對自已的立場做一些解釋。 中段：圍繞問題，結構清晰、科學婉轉地提出建議，表達時應注意選擇得體用語，切忌用語生硬強制、泛泛而談 尾段：簡單予以希望。希望自已的建議能對對方有所幫助，同時闡明你所提供的建議僅供對方參考。 二)： 常用句式 開頭： I am writing to express my views about.... You have asked me for my advice on..
