2019-2020年高二英語 模塊5 Unit15 Lesson1 Life-long Learning 教案 北師大版選修5 教材分析 本課是第15單元的第1課,主課文通過介紹三個不同年齡段的人的學習情況,強調(diào)終身學習的重要性。 本課的教學設計分為兩個課時。第一課時側(cè)重對課文的理解,引導學生學會預測,提取文章的主要信息和細節(jié)信息,并在整理信息的過程中,引導學生發(fā)現(xiàn)分析問題和解決問題的思維過程,最后結(jié)合課文的信息和語言進行輸出性活動。第二課時首先引導學生對第一條件句、第二條件句復習歸納,然后在對課文進行復習的基礎上,引入本課的重點內(nèi)容——第三條件句,通過分析例句,體驗、發(fā)現(xiàn)并總結(jié)該語法的形式和語意功能,并在不同層面的活動中,進一步體會該語法的語意功能,最后初步運用虛擬語氣進行表達。 教學內(nèi)容 話題:通過介紹三個不同年齡段的人的學習情況,強調(diào)終身學習的重要性。(閱讀) 詞匯:重點詞匯: secure, suspect, status, qualification, lay off, instruct, 相關詞匯: lump, throat, swell 策略:通過標題圖片預測課文內(nèi)容;通過略讀獲取主要信息;通過細讀提取細節(jié)信息;通過上下文理解詞匯。 語法:第三條件句。 第一課時 First Period 教學目標: 在本課學習結(jié)束時,學生能夠: 1. 理清課文的發(fā)展脈絡; 2. 獲取不同人終身學習的內(nèi)容、原因、方式以及效果的細節(jié)信息; 3. 談論不同人終身學習的內(nèi)容、原因、方式以及效果; 4. 體會終身學習對自身的重要性。 教學過程 教學活動 Activities 設計意圖 Intentions 互動模式&時間 IP & time Warm-up Step 1 T asks Ss 1. Are they all students? 2. How old are they? 3. What are they doing? One more question: What have your parents or other relatives learned after formal education? 預測是本課需要訓練的一個策略,此步驟旨在幫助學生體驗運用預測策略。 CW Step 4 Pre-reading words Ss match the new words with the explanation. 旨在引導學生在語境中掌握讀前詞匯,為閱讀做鋪墊。 CW While-reading Step 4 1st reading: Ss skim the text to check their guesses. 通過略讀理解課文的主要內(nèi)容,核查預測。 IW, CW Step 5 2nd reading: Guessing the expressions in red. 通過上下文猜詞,引導學生抓住關鍵信息。 Step 6 Ss read the text again and find out what each paragraph is about. 進一步閱讀課文,理清課文的結(jié)構(gòu)。 IW, CW Step 7 T lets Ss do some practice about the new vocabulary. 進一步鞏固讀中詞匯。 Step 8 3rd reading: Fill in the table. 引導學生進一步了解終身學習的內(nèi)容、原因、方式以及效果的細節(jié)信息 Step 9 l Ss ask and answer questions about the information in the text in groups. 內(nèi)化課文的信息和語言。 IW, PW, CW Post-reading Step 10 T tells Ss to discuss: 1 How important is it for people to continue their studies after formal education? Give an example, please. 2. In pairs, discuss ways that you can take part in life-long learning after you finish school or university.(Ex.4) 3. Talk about the picture. 1.運用課文的信息和語言,進行有意義的交流。 2.在新的語境中,體會終身學習的重要性。 PW Homework 1. Ex.5, p.37. 2. Write down what you’ve discussed. a.
