Keys: 1. wasn’t chosen 2. was invited Step 2 Grammar 被動語態(tài) (2) 一、定義 主語為動作的執(zhí)行者時，表示主動語態(tài)。 主語為動作的承受者時，表示被動語態(tài)。 e.g. He told the story. (主動語態(tài)） The was told by him. (被動語態(tài)） 二、一般過去時的被動語態(tài) 我們知道，被動語態(tài)的動詞形式為：be+動詞的過去分詞，其中be為助動詞，根據不同的人稱和時態(tài)有形式的變化。因此，一般過去時的被動語態(tài)為： 1. 肯定句： 主語+was/were+動詞過去分詞（ + by+動作執(zhí)行者） e.g. The letter was written by Jim. 2. 否定句： 主語+was/were not+動詞過去分詞（ + by+動作執(zhí)行者） e.g. The letter wasn’t written by Jim. 3.一般疑問句： Was/Were+主語+動詞過去分詞+（by+動作執(zhí)行者） e.g. Was the letter written by Jim? 4. 特殊疑問句： 特殊疑問詞+was/were+主語+動詞的過去分詞+（by+動作執(zhí)行者） e.g. When was the letter written by Jim? 動詞不定式作賓語補足語 當動詞不定式作賓語補足語時，要把主動語態(tài)中表人的直接賓語變?yōu)楸粍诱Z態(tài)的主語，賓語補足語的位置不變。 e.g. The school encouraged Liu Xiang to train for the high jump. Liu Xiang was encouraged to train for the high jump. 但是當to在賓語補足語里被省略時，在變被動語態(tài)時要在賓語補足語里加上to。 e.g. The boss made him plete the work one day. He was made to plete the work one day (by the boss).
