膜片夾片注塑模設(shè)計
摘 要
本設(shè)計題目為膜片夾片注塑模設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了薄壁類塑料零件的要求、內(nèi)容及方向。由一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進一步加強了設(shè)計者注塑模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的注塑模做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設(shè)計運用了塑料成型工藝與模具設(shè)計的知識，首先分析了塑料件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后估算了塑件的體積和質(zhì)量，便于選取注塑機及確定型腔數(shù)量；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計要點及推出裝置的選取。
本設(shè)計運用了推板頂出機構(gòu)，適合薄壁零件的推出，同時也采用了側(cè)型芯抽出機構(gòu)來設(shè)計帶有側(cè)凹或者由內(nèi)陷的塑料零件，能在不增加模具厚度的情況下，制造出較為復(fù)雜的制件。這樣的設(shè)計方式和意圖很容易理解，所以被廣泛運用。
